Service starts by answering the phone

The majority of our business has been serving the People of Hawaii, but in 2000 we began offering our fabulous service through the web and have picked-up about 900 to 1,000 new customers a year from the continental United States and all around the globe!

You benefit from us being this far to the west because we are reachable. We pride ourselves on answering the phone, but we do not want to miss an opportunity to serve you either. Our phone system will ring three times giving everyone a chance to pick-up the call before our answering machine kicks-in. 

Our office is open 9 hours a day:
8 am to 5 pm, Hawaii Time
11 am to 8 pm, Pacific Time
2 pm to 11 pm, East Coast Time
**Monday through Friday**

In the end, this time difference is to your advantage. You can call us and we will respond to you the same day. Often our clients can leave questions or tour booking requests early in the morning, and we have the answer for them by the same afternoon or evening. Email exchanges occur throughout the day. And for many of our customers, while they are relaxing and discussing their plans in the evening, away from the hustle and bustle of work... European World Travel, being in Hawaii, is still very much available!
