European World Travel can not independently verify the accuracy of our travel suppliers' information and can not warrant their completeness. All information such as itinerary, price or availability are subject to change without notice.
If you are planning your vacation, it is recommended that your use of this site is as a starting point for your travel planning, and that all material facts found here be confirmed with a travel consultant or directly with the travel supplier prior to making any definite travel plans, or placing a deposit which may be non-refundable in some cases. Many suppliers also incur monetary penalties when changes or cancellations are made to certain reservations. Travelers are subject to the terms, conditions and availability of each independent travel supplier found on our web site.
European World Travel represents, and is acting as an agent for, carefully selected carriers, transportation companies, tour operators, hotels, wholesalers and service companies; all of which are disclosed principles and independent contractors. European World Travel therefore, shall not be held responsible for breach of contract of any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your traveling companions or group members. We do not guarantee any of such supplier's rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, and any other faults.
European World Travel shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the travel agent's control.
The information you provide to European World Travel will be kept confidential and used to support your customer relationship with us. Information regarding you or your travel purchase will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation.
Links or references found on our web site to any products, services, processes, to third parties or other information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply its endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by European World Travel. Any such links provided to other internet web sites are made solely for the convenience of our site users, and European World travel is not responsible for the content found on those sites. Product and service information are the sole responsibility of each individual vendor and/or web site provider.
Visas, Passports, etc.
All visas are the responsibility of the tour participants. European World Travel will not be held liable in any issues regarding passports or visas. All travelers assume complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.
Discounts and Special Promotions
We take pride and pleasure in applying our discounts in order to help our clients save money. But not all of the various discounts can be applied together. Please call us to find out the details of any discounts or promotions that you are interested in, to ensure that they are applicable. All discounts are based on land prices. |
