Day 3 - Toronto — Kingston We start the day with an orientation tour of Toronto, viewing Queens Park, the busy entertainment district, stately University Avenue and the CN Tower. Heading north, we follow the shores of Lake Ontario through the Ontario countryside to the historic town of Kingston. We then travel to Montreal, the cultural capital of French Canada and the largest French-speaking city outside France. Here our local guide introduces us to the historic sites of Old Montreal including spectacular Notre Dame de Montreal, the historic Old Port, and the modern contrasts of bustling downtown. We also stop at Mount Royal for lovely views over the city. During our city tour, our Tour Director will reveal a special Hidden Treasure to us! (Full Breakfast)
Day 5 - Montreal — Charlevoix region (2 nights) Leaving the city behind, we travel northeast along the St. Lawrence River for a two-night stay at the magnificent Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu, majestically situated between the mountains and the sea in the heart of the Charlevoix region. Rich in tradition and history, this beautiful resort offers the charms of the countryside while maintaining the sophistication of a world-class establishment.
