Board your 16-night Holland America cruise ship and sail south. Along the way, experience beautiful Puerto Montt in Chilean Patagonia. See the Chilean Fjords and Amalia Glacier. Keep an eye out for penguins and seabirds that call the glacier home. Pass along the west side of the Sarmiento Canal and through the famed Strait of Magellan, where the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans meet. Then continue to Ushuaia, the southernmost town in the world. Here experience British hospitality and the chance to see penguins of every type. Cruise to Buenos Aires, Argentina, and enjoy two days to explore the city. Cruise onward to Montevideo, Uruguay, where you can opt to visit nearby Colonia del Sacramento, the oldest city in Uruguay. Choosing some of the tours and excursions offered at each stop gives you a unique experience at each destination.
